The option to print orders out for faxing has been added. The print layout is defined using the Hawkstone Design layout manager program.

Creating general CSV file for sending to non-Hawkstone members
Allow printing of orders. This uses the Layout manager.
Allow multiple accounts for one supplier - you enter the accounts in the account field separated with : eg 123456:123457 and also for the password.
