The program has been updated so that orders more than 3 months old are removed.

The tracking has been updated, there was a pecularity in that to get the absolute latest, you do not need to go into Job Status, Exit and Back in again. Now it is updated once you enter Job Status.

Outside Range Checking. There is now an option to check the range but to allow through with a warning (confirmed by customer) if outside the range.

Single Eye:
If no power entered in right eye but right lens was selected then sent plano power for right eye.

Place Order:
This did not always respond on first press - a different implementation has been tried.

Fix for some problems reported.

a) If program launched with user=...&pass... then program looked to create a shape from the launching program even if one did not exist.

b) In View Job Status, if there was one item on the last page then the next / last buttons were not enabled

c) Further improvements for automatic processing when EDI files placed in the inbox.

d) Completion of the Hoya interface file. Essilor due for development this week.

V065 new features - preview

New features in V065.



After a little break, it is back to the development.




Shapes. As well as the standard shapes 1-8, there is option for the input of user defined shape. This is in preparation for users to be able to digitize their own shapes but it is also useful for when there is a shape in an electronic file.



Electronic file.


The Inbox folder has been rewritten. This will allow external systems to pass files into the Inbox and then the user can complete the order. In this preview screen, there are a number of files uploaded. The lens and treatment codes /descriptions are shown along with the proposed mapping based on previous usage. The mapping can be done at the user end by downloading the catalogue. There are options for automatic or manual process.







Lens Selection.


Added a warning label if lens selected but treatments have not. There was some confusion as to why the Accept button was not enabled.



Freeform Macros.

A new screen to allow the input of additional freeform questions has been added. The lab can define the additional questions in an updated version of the lab configuration software.



Physical / Optical Dia.

When the ranges were added there was a field for specifying decentration of fitting cross. This leads to calculation of Optical diameter and this is shown in the input screen.

Intelligent Monitoring of RX.
In response to feedback, the method of disabling / enabling the axis when a cyl is present has been changed.
